Great customer service and great information
Stay away! This company is not ready for prime time. Their customer service team is uninformed and, sometimes dishonest. Since signing a contract with this company, it has been a huge headache. Inaccurate information, endless hours of time holding on the phone just to be told I would receive callbacks which almost never occurred. Instead, I would have to call, re-tell my issue again and again, only to be told conflicting information. When attempting to exit my contract due to extremely poor customer service, I was advised that I need to pay out the entire contract whether I’m happy with the company or not. They offered to remove 1 month of charges after all this instead of allowing me to simply stop dealing with them without ridiculous fees. Beware! I would not do business with this company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Sold my house, called to cancel. Was told services were canceled…. only to be billed still for months after..called back in was told that I needed to submit a form and I would be charged over $190 early cancellation fee..even though I sold the house and no longer live there HOME PRO won’t let you out of your contract like every other company in the world does when you move! Home pro agent told me I would have needed to give 60 days notice 6 months ago before my contract auto renewed which would technically would have been 8 months ago… I would have to been able to predict the future that I was going to sell my house 8 months prior to selling it… This company will hold you hostage in a contract and never let you out even if you sell the property….TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! AND THEY WONDER WHY I DON’T WANT HOME PRO AT MY NEW PROPERTY!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
