My daughter just got there her room is dirty bed was not even clean from the last person who was there. They didn’t give her breakfast today and when she ask why they said maybe because they don’t know she they’re? And she asked for water and had not gotten it yet is been an hour. Dirty room. My daughter found out last night from another person that the lady who was in the bed they had died and they had her sleep in the bed without changing the bedding 👀 Ooo.
They have made alot of staff changes for the better witch has improved the facility…… im a family member of current patient.
