O.W. COLLINS has been blessed with an awsome Maintenance Man, Jack Garica. He has improved our apartment complex in everway. Friendly, kind, and mostly a hard worker. Things are getting done in a professional manner, and the upkept of the property has never looked better. Jack is respected and loved by all residents here at O. W. Collins. No we are not giving him back! He belongs to us.
