I’d like to share my exceptional experience with the building staff! They are truly kind, courteous, helpful, and wonderful individuals who makes this building a fantastic place to call home.
Special thanks to Cathy(Concierge) Wynter, Lundy(spelling might be incorrect) and Shaina from the management office. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant living environment is evident in everything they do.
Their warm and friendly demeanor makes interacting with them a pleasure.
Kudos to the entire staff for their outstanding work and dedication!
We recently toured The Gramercy during our apartment search, and I have to say, the pictures really don’t do it justice! In person, the apartments are beautifully designed, spacious, and have a modern touch that makes them feel warm and inviting. The layouts are well thought out, and the overall vibe of the community is comfortable and welcoming.
While The Gramercy offers a great value and is much more affordable compared to other options in the area, the quality is still impressive. It’s clear that the management takes pride in maintaining the property, and the staff was friendly and helpful during our visit.
Ultimately, we decided to go with 25 North Lex, which, while at a higher price point, offered more luxury amenities like an integrated dog park that suited our lifestyle better. However, The Gramercy was a strong contender, and we were genuinely impressed by what it had to offer. If you’re looking for a great apartment with a friendly community and excellent value, The Gramercy is definitely worth checking out—you might be pleasantly surprised once you see it in person!
We arrived at our scheduled time and no one was there to give us the tour. Waited 20 mins and left.
