They lost my mom! I went to visit after being told she was transferred to CVHC and they told me she wasn’t there. (Spoiler: She was there.)
Edit: She’s been there less than a day and she’s been ignored by staff and left in a dirty diaper and needing a clean bed. She’s irate and I’m disappointed. I’ve contacted the ombudsman’s office and filed a report.
My oldest daughter is there and she doesn’t like it as it’s dirty and the nurses don’t care about their patients! That’s SAD 😢
Horrible place!!!!!!!!!!! Care is a 4 letter word for these guys!!!!!!! I was openly made fun of and verbally abused because of my weight.Only the patients they like get care or decent conversation.
