This facility is horrible they let people sit in soiled diapers all day !!!
1 bath a month !!! Seriously, this is inhumane, GET more staff to help if that’s the issue.
Heartbreaking to see people treated this way and get away with it.
I guess if you have money then you are taken better care of.
Nice looking facility on outside. Does not have staffing to meet the needs of patients that are fall risks and needing rehab. Had to withdraw our loved one and return to care at home since the family was doing all the care in the facility. Whenever call button was pushed, it took over 40-50 minutes for a response. Administrative team tried to rectify situation but there was no resolve.
This is a beautiful facility with great staff.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Windsor Quail Valley Post Acute Rehabilitation Facility for their outstanding care and service. This is a fantastic facility with kind, compassionate, and professional staff who go above and beyond to ensure patients feel supported and cared for.
I recently referred a friend to this facility, and they were so impressed by the exceptional staff and quality of care that they chose to admit their loved one. They have been incredibly pleased with the level of attention and kindness provided, which speaks volumes about the dedication of the entire team.
Thank you for your outstanding customer service and healthcare. It’s comforting to know that facilities like Windsor Quail Valley exist, where patient well-being is truly a priority. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of post-acute rehabilitation care!
I found physical therapy to be amazing including the physical and emotional therapy from staff. Although the nursing assistant lacked on so many levels from loud conversations in the hallways about and including personal, other staff members, and patients. Early morning noises of equipment intruding on needed rest for patients. Let me mention the issue of return calls from admissions until I was admitted to a hospital with assistance from the hospital social worker did I receive a return call after a week of reaching out.
The ordor of the mattress was horrid, the urine stench was sickening, and yes I asked several times, didn’t receive a replacement. Oh but when it was time for discharge did I receive an uplifting assistant. But let me mention the social workers at the facility offer help, although I was told that home health care which didn’t materialize. So a two star review in my opinion.
