Our Mother Anne lived there for just under a year until her passing.Every single staff member and employee was genuinely caring and compassionate. The care they showed my mom was nothing short of amazing. They treated her with the love you would give to a family member.
The staff went above and beyond in the daily care of our precious mother.
I highly recommend Wildwoood.
I went to figure out how much is the cost for my grandma and when I was passing by I heard something that I didn’t like on the walkie-talkie, some words that cannot be said on this comments section. I didn’t see enough workers, seen residence in the highway unhappy, didn’t see a lot of activities happening. I heard that the food isn’t that great. I didn’t see a lot of people helping out in the kitchen. I don’t think I would put my mom and dad there, not enough care workers. The secretary she was really rude. It feels like there’s a mafia of employees working together, and not working for the residence.
I am a vendor onsite taking care of a ywifi issue. During my short time onsite I got to work with Pricilla, Angelina, and Carlos. All 3 were very kind to me and very knowlagable of the facility. Also very kind to the residents. Even offered me lunch (which never happens). The world needs more people like the staff at Wildwood.
My husband Ron was in Wildwood for four months. He went there on July 27, 2023. He had been given excellent care. All of the staff, including Wendy the administrator to the care partners, activities Director, care partners, Dining room and kitchen help , all are the most caring, loving people who seem to love the residents ! I would go every day, and they all treated me so well! I highly recommend Wildwood
On Thursday August 24 I witnessed a woman named Pat Mancilla yelling at her employees. This took me by surprise, I have my grandmother staying at this facility and I’m now worried for her safety. Pat lacks the people skills needed for this job, if she can treat her employees like that, I wonder how she treats the elderly whom are staying there defenseless and some unable to communicate properly or defend themselves. I don’t understand Pat’s anger, if she isn’t happy with her job then she should find another because she is obviously not suited for this one. Every time I’ve gone to visit my grandma, the caretakers there are always friendly, kind and professional. This was the first time I’ve witnessed this type of behavior and it surprised me that it was from an activity director. Shame on you Pat, go find another job and take an anger management class.
