Eva and Angelica were great. UNTIL my last 6 months and it was time to move out. At 6 months before moving out they has to come in and jack hammer my bathroom floor to replace it. I asked to made notified in advance for when they would come and fix it, so I could arrange my animals a place to stay. They called me at 5pm the night before they showed up, i told them i wouldnt have time to take care of my pets and they said its ok they can work around them. The maintence people, even though they were aware of my animals left my door open for hours at a time(I have a ring doorbell I could see) letting my long time pet out and losing him. The apartment took ZERO accountability. They sent out a single email, and when I asked them to again(multiple times) they said they would then never did. 2 months before move out i started getting termites all in the apartment crawling out of vents and cracks in the walls. They said it couldn’t be termites, i sent multiple pictures and Google screenshots showing they are intact termites. They finally send a pest control guy out. He comes in and says “i don’t see any big holes, call me back when it looks like this” and showed pictures of holes in walls on his phone. I told the office it was ridiculous and I’d probably be moving out if this wasn’t dealt with. They didn’t send anyone else. Then they send my lease renewal a month before moving out, and it’s a couple hundred higher than I had been paying. I tell them that I won’t be staying. The week before moving out Eva contacts me saying it must have been a mistake and told me new rates. (The rates were the same as my initial lease, IF I signed for 1.5 years, for 12 months was hundreds more) then a month after I leave they send me a bill for almost 2k saying I didn’t give them 60 days notice. How can I give 60 days notice if I don’t know my rates until a month before? I’ve been trying to contact them since July to speak about this and keep getting ignored. Now this is on my credit report and impacting me moving for my job. Avoid this place. No gate, 40+ year old buildings, courtesy officer does nothing(i called cause a homeless guy sitting in front of my door at 2am and no one came legit he was back against my door sitting there) there’s always an excuse for something from them. The maintenence guys(different people from the ones who lost my pet)were nice though. The only star they get is earned by their kindness. I had made my peace with my pet, and the termites but to put a 2k hit on my credit after all that is wild.
NEW: I reached out right after they asked in the reply and hey suprise suprise, they left me on read again. They also said they had copies of the renewals. On my ring doorbell app I took screen shots last year and sent them to them of the dates mentioned and guess what? No one putting a renewal notice on my door on the 5th or 30th, but some one did on may 12th. Definitely not 60 days. Such excuses for so great a damage to someone’s credit. After losing my pet and living in damaged apartments, with no compensation, id expect any decently moral place of business would call it even for a verbal notice instead of a written one 🤷🏻♂️

They truly care about this community and make sure everything’s handled quicker than a jackrabbit. It’s a rare thing to find folks who put in this much heart, and I’m grateful to have them here. If y’all are looking for an apartment with managers who go above and beyond, Eva and Anjelica are the real deal! These two keep everything running as smooth as Texas BBQ. From the start, they’ve been warm, welcoming, and always quick to lend a hand, no matter the issue. They’re prompt with any maintenance requests and genuinely care about making this place feel like home. It’s not every day you find managers with such Texas-sized hospitality and heart. I love the work ethic and professionalism that Eva and Angelica bring to the complex. They handle situations hands on efficiently. I haven’t had any concerns while living here and that’s a blessing for me!
