Unfortunately there isn’t an option for negative stars. My entire experience with Wrens customer support has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere you will thank me in the longrun. Customer service attempts to fix the issues but they never do a long exhausting over rehearsed script of “so sorry” or “I am sorry” does not remedy the fact that they will not help the customer. My pantry tower was dropped and broken on location the second one came flat packed only to find out that two different size doors were sent and missing rails and missing hardware. Secondly, customer service didn’t want to send an installer to fix it. I had to hire a Taskrabbit. Another cabinet broken. I wish I never visited Wren and their showroom. Very dissatisfied and disgusted at their way of handling this misfortune.
Design consultation was superb. Efficient, courteous, and thoughtful ideation to curate a kitchen that will function well. Fingers crossed for an exceptional installation.
