Pretty good place to live. Pool, Laundry Room, Plenty of parking spots. Fenced property with lots of security camera. The Cambria is very strict with their rules but that keeps most of the riffraff out. It’s a good place to live if you want to stay in Texas City without your car being broken into.
The grounds are very clean. There isn’t trash all over the place, even the dumpster areas are very well kept and clean
Renta aquÃ!! no son los departamentos más bonitos fÃsicamente los vas a ver muy sencillos por fuera , pero son una joya escondida , son los más limpios, cuentan con tres personas de mantenimiento que si algo pasa en tu departamento en no más de 30 minutos ya lo están atendiendo, La reja si funciona siempre está cerrada, es un lugar muy seguro. Vivà un año ahà y me sentà segura cómoda las personas de la oficina son cálidas y amables. Nunca habÃa estado en un lugar con un mantenimiento tan eficiente. Los tres chicos. Son súper atentos ,Sin duda si regreso a Texas City si regreso a vivir ahÃ.
