Visiting angels was quick to respond to my query about caregivers for my sister who had recently been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I had left messages with 2 other agencies and never got a reply. Two supervisors came to my home to evaluate my sister’s needs. They were professional, comprehensive and compassionate. I heard back from them promptly and they set us up with the same 2 caregivers for the week. I couldn’t have asked for better assistance. They were capable, compassionate and very endearing towards my sister as well as to me. One of the supervisors came several times to assess how things were going. Unfortunately, my sisters health worsened. The women never left her side. They changed her, spoke with her, gave her massages. The agency name is very appropriate. Excellent home care!!!! We have been extremely pleased with the home care received from Visiting Angels for both of my elderly parents. Our home care attendant is Catalina. She is so efficient and gets so much done while at the same time is patient and kind with my parents. She is positive and very attentive! You should see the look on my mom’s face once Catalina has done her hair! She is also a wonderful cook. All of the Visiting Angels staff have been amazing and very professional. I highly recommend to any family needing extra support!
