I don’t know where to start… Well if you care for your loved one or the person in need of care DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. I was a patient here for 2 days out of a week and the schedulers couldn’t even get that done. Their employees steal from you and the owner Julie doesn’t put the patient first. They will abandon you even on your scheduled day without any notice. There are so many risks and reasons why not to call this business. I can’t stress enough how many different people they sent, stealing, no shows, having attitude and the office staff is very disrespectful once you’ve been there.
If I could rate this zero stars I would… My husband was a client of theirs, they don’t seem to care much about their clients. They always seem to be under staffed and not well trained. If you get services on a weekend and the caregiver doesn’t show up, good luck having the on call answer the phone. When they do answer, they just inform you that there is nothing they can do to help you which is unacceptable/unprofessional. I feel sorry for those who have no one else to pick up the slack for these so called caregivers, because the client is just left to fend for themselves for that day. The main problem is the office personnel, in my own opinion they all need further training.
