I visited a friend who lives here. It is very clean, the grounds are well kept. Security is important here. Fully gated community including the parking lot. Walk-In showers with lots of linen cabinets. The hallways, and laundry on every floor, are very clean and smell fresh. Conveniently located trash receptacles (no more carrying your trash to a smelly dumpster!) Locked storage area off your private patio. Lots of covered secure parking. Oh, pictures are posted inside on the wall in the entryway of the owners and the Board of Directors/Trustees, showing who manages and is responsible for the community. Remarkable.
