Move in was quick and easy. The facility and accommodation are very nice and a good fit for my mom. We’re very glad there is more socialization and activities for my mom and she has already made a couple friends with whom she dines regularly.
Do your research before having a loved one live at Villa Capri. Owned by Gallaher and recently management has been taken over by Well Quest (previously Oakmont). It’s obvious that Gallaher has hired Well Quest to cut costs and manage Villa Capri as a low budget facility.
Residents have voiced complaints about the long wait times for the staff to respond to their call for help. Food is constantly an issue being cold and not tasting good. Inexperienced staff is not properly trained. Communication with Well Quest goes unanswered by the senior management team.
