Banyan Place is a community full of love and life. The staff, from the Executive Director, Marking Director, Life Enrichment, Maintenance, housekeeping, care staff and the Director of Nursing are all hands on deck. The staff gives residents at Banyan Place space to feel seen, heard and cared for with the upmost respect and dignity. They make everyday life fun and engaging for all residents. Working with the staff is always a pleasure as is watching the community grow and continue to shine.
My Grandma Phyllis Warren “Fifi” use to Live here and everybody over at Banyan Place was so very sweet and Heartwarming but sadly Fifi passed away on May 14th, 2018.😢
I thoroughly enjoy working with the staff at Banyan Place Boca Raton. From the Executive Director, to marketing team to direct care staff, hands down they are professional, caring and dedicated to their residents. I have placed residents at this community and they have done an outstanding job in not only providing care, but providing the socialization seniors need to thrive. Highly recommend ⭐️
There are 2 building. One appears to get a lot of attention and the residents are mostly self sufficient. However the building where my mother in law lived was a disgrace! It has been 1 yrs since we removed her. I didn’t want to write anything until she passed. This started with the new management. Rarely see any staff. She had difficulty feeding herself and other residents told us and it was confirmed by a staff member that the aid said: Just give her a cookie and put her in bed! I was told this happwned several times. I complained to Pavi who acted like she would do something but never did. There were numerous times I came to visit and she was soaken wet and I had to strip the linens and change her. The worse was when I came to visit and she was in bed crying in pain. I had been there 2 days before and she was ok. Her tibia was fractured and they did nothing. Never called a doctor or this family or Hospice. There were containers of old food piled up so I guess they didn’t feed her. Her diaper and linens were drenched. I’m a visiting nurse and I never saw in an ALF this type of neglect. We had been waiting for an opening in another facility where she did go to lived out the last year of her life happy…If I could I would give this place a minus 100!
I am immensely impressed by Banyan Place. Their facilities are clean, and they have a superb calendar of activities. Most importantly, their administration is remarkably kind and attentive. Pavi, the administrator of Banyan, consistently goes above and beyond for the residence. Especially in challenging times, the Banyan staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to providing quality care. Other special staff members who make a real difference at Banyan include, but are not limited to, Jose, Vanessa, and Jose. Their willingness to consistently bring a personal touch makes a world of a difference.
