Filthy beyond Filthy. My husband almost DIED there all because the nursing staff did not give a rat’s ass about him or their other clients. All the food was spoiled or almost raw. Should be closed down permanently.
This place is ok but alot of employees are lack luster, lazy, and have no consideration for thier. Very few go up and at of their way like both DON, ADON, Tarnisha Nurse, Octavia cna a a coupl more people i can count on two hands. The other nurse will give you half your meds pay no attention, my be unprofesaional. Alot of times i hear cnas and nurse just standing around doing nothing but talk about patient. Im 36 i have alot of health problems and mental social problems certain cnas make them worst. I that nursing homes were suppose help with quality of life and medical care? This one lacks in both departments.
My brother was sent here for cancer treatment and had been there from my knowledge approximately 2-3 weeks prior to being sent to the hospital where he died, they didn’t have his advanced directive signed nor updated his code status so my brother suffered on machines before I had to make decisions and on top of that I had called asking about any personal affects that he may of had with him and after 3 weeks after being promised I’d get a call back I had to call them and they said his inventory sheet was blank and I call B.S on the whole thing and they think because I live in another state I don’t know how nursing homes work and I’ve been working in nursing homes for over 30 years and I find it highly unlikely that my brother didn’t have a wallet or his cellphone on him as he was still posting on social media until the day he died. It walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it’s a duck
My mother was at Clearwater Center April-June, 2024. The staff are very caring, from the CNAs to the nurses, to the business office and Administrator. It meant a lot to know my mom was treated with respect, dignity, and kindness while she was at Clearwater.
I could have never found a better place for my loved one to be. She is cared for in a loving, home atmosphere and I truly appreciate all the great care she is receiving! I feel very blessed! Thank you to the staff!
