The facility has a great visitor check in system as well. I have visited several facilities in the area & feel The Lakes of Clermont is the best facility I have visited. I would go there if I had a need. Keep up the great work!
First of all the setting is gorgeous. Front desk is so kind and welcoming. The water walls are relaxing and the acoustics are perfect for singing
Not a good place staff is rude and I have to stay on top of them to look after my grandpa they have no urgency and are very rude when asked to do something
