So after my 1 star review. I have spoken to many, at Superior Residences. My 96yr old grandmother is glad to be back with, friends.
Glad to say my conversations with all staff and the Director went okay.
Very unhappy with the lack of care. My grandmother recently received if her Shower days are 2x a week. How on earth did it go unseen and unnoticed. Her Pacemaker was coming through her skin.

I am so pleased that I chose Superior Residences of Clermont Memory Care for Mom. A great variety of activities and socializing to keep them engaged and active. Both the management team and staff have shown care, concern and a commitment to her well-being.
This facility is very family oriented and treats their residents, families, employees and partners with respect. Sabrina is highly informative within her tours of the community, and always throws great celebrations with the facility’s awesome activity directors! Highly recommend this facility in the Clermont area!
A great place to nurture your passion for caring. Management understands and cares and helps to develop your skills. Co workers and peers become more like family, our residents recognize the camaraderie and energy. Makes for a cohesive environment.
