Please read the reviews before applying to this place. When I came in to tour and applied I was told they accept Child Support as a form of payment and that they will conditionally approve if you don’t make 3X the rent , but close enough. I was denied without reasoning and they block you from the portal. It took me reaching out to find out a status of my application and was told I was denied and will receive an email. – weeks later still no email and they no longer take your phone calls. They tell you anything to get you to apply and waste money
Don’t get me wrong the apartment I toured was comfortable and I actually liked it but there is NOTHING luxury about these places, they overprice and saying you are getting luxurious amenities when its just the same things from 2010!
I wish I fully read the reviews before wasting money to apply to this place.
Joel ,Torian & Charles “Charlie” all 3 helped my recent requests & this Maintenance team was so great, they not only communicated everything really well (calling ahead, info, etc.) but also was so efficient , kind & professional. Great service ! Thank you
Editing to update that once the incompetent Paola was gone things seemed to be getting better. However, there is now an incessant beeping from the “telecommunications” closet in building 7. Every 8 seconds a shrill noise pierces everyone’s ears. Our rent was $1890 when we moved in 7 years ago, it’s now up to $2900+ and the only thing that’s changed is the building’s gotten older and they care less about resolving issues.
Unfortunately we just renewed our lease or we would be moving. Between maintenance stealing from us while we were on vacation a year ago (at least they were kind enough to lock the door behind them), with no resolution from the company, the fact we pay extra for a gated community yet the gate is left open 60% of the time, their lack of trash hygiene enforcement, and their arbitrary enforcement of parking violations/love of towing residents’ cars, and the absolutely useless and condescending property manager Piola, people should look elsewhere.
Where to start.. when I first applied for this community I was so excited close to my family near by shops, etc. unfortunately after applying and getting approved I was told my husband and new born baby couldn’t live with us because the occupancy max was 2 I guess a baby counts.. due to HUD however HUD rules are not strict and accommodations can be made, they told me I would have to expand into a 2br which is huge cost difference between a 1br. However this wasn’t my first issue, when I got approved they told me deposit would be $500 which is understandable and then they told me a couple days later that they made a mistake and it should be $1200….. also did I mention they don’t answer the phone ??? And when they do only Andria is helpful. Billy is not very helpful as when I spoke to Adria she told me I can go to view an apartment until 5:30 I arrived at 5 and billy told me I wasn’t allowed to view the show room. Very disappointed in the whole process I wish things could’ve worked out but oh well
