This is the horrible food that is being served here. This is Sunday dinner 1 manicotti and Beets who eats that !! . My dad asked for soup he was one of the first groups to go in. They ran out. This is horrible and unacceptable!! Not where you want your family member to be. They promise you the world. If I didn’t see this first hand I wouldn’t have believed this is what was being served. And they don’t seem to care. .. I literally had to go out and by my parents dinner cause I would not allow them to eat this ..
I could spend hours of why not to leave your loved one at this facility.It starts from the Director Veronica who has absolutely no knowledge of how to run a facility,have compassion for the families or residents that reside at this facility.I wanted a place for my mom to feel safe.Her oxygen was continously left on 0..and if i wasnt there she would have died.The director nor anyone from the facility never reached out to us when they sent my mom to a rehab center and she contracted a virus and was bed ridden.My mother walked out of Harbor Chase and came back in a wheel chair.She was never the same.Shame on a facility for caring about rooms to fill instead of the integrity of the loved one they are putting here.Run don’t walk from this place!Morvia,the animal from the front desk Amethyst should all be fired!!sSHAME ON THEM
We just moved my father in law to Harbor Chase a week ago and went to visit this weekend. The place is beautiful and the staff is exceptional! Such a relief, we were very worried but everyone has been wonderful. We enjoyed the live music over the weekend. There’s a church across the street that was nice as well. Love that they allow visitors and are dog friendly as well. Everyone seems well taken care of. So far so good, would recommend. Special shout out to Terri ! 🙏 Cephinise the CNA, very good, and Chef Asher, in hospitality, very good and caring with the residents
