My brother resides at Parkside, and they have been many challenges both good and bad, but all in all the compassion and the concern of the staff for my brother overwhelms me at times. There is no perfect world, but to live with an attitude of gratitude for the people who do what they do In these kind of places warms my heart. Thanks to all the staff at Parkside for their relentless hard work and emotional support of my brother Christopher Cotol. Sincerely, Michael Cotol& Family

The Administrative and Nursing Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful!!
My mother was recently admitted to Parkside, it was a horrible experience. She lay in a urine soaked bed for over an hour.
The staff claimed they turn her every 2 hours so as not to receive bedsores, when I acquired about her not being turned the aides claimed ony if your mom is uncomfortable!!! My mother’s bottom was very red and one time I tried to get an aide and she took an hour to come she said what do you want! Really! I had to supply wipes which by the way came up missing. I also had to fill water constantly. The pt guy was horrible he kept telling my mother to get up and walk then she can go back to her assisted living facility! Really mom was passing! The lady next to her had Covid and they didn’t remove my mom to a different room or let me know!
We were able to move my mother to a beautiful facility where she peacefully passed away. I wouldn’t even bring a dog there to Parkside. Very unprofessional.
