So far the management office including Stephanie and Chris have been so helpful and super friendly. I recently moved in and they made it so easy and would take the time and make suggestions and offer help anyway they could.

The Windsor at Delray Beach is a great place to live. It’s in a convenient location just a few minutes from the beach, downtown Delray and I-95. The residents are friendly, and the staff are responsive and helpful. From the management/leasing office, Chris, in particular, has been fantastic from the time he showed us the unit a few years ago until just a few weeks ago when he quickly resolved a matter for me the same day that I called. The maintenance staff is also excellent. For example, I recently submitted a request about having a hard time opening my screen door, and John, who manages the maintenance team, replaced the faulty parts the same day and left a written explanation of his work.
I toured the property with Stephanie, I will say my experience was top notch! She answered all my questions and concerns, looking forward to see her again in 2025 and finalize my move.
