I haven’t dealt before with Visiting Angels but was anxious to post something as to the professionalism of the office staff (Denise & Tiffany), along with the caregivers supplied to us for our 93 year old mother last week. They jumped to action as soon as we identified our needs, they supplied us with very qualified individuals who were attentive, caring, trustworthy and warm. They came on time, did everything & more that they could think of to be there to comfort our mom from eating together, cooking, playing dominoes/cards, talking, going on small walks, etc. As I can’t be there right now, it’s very comforting to have a team ALL looking out for you and doing the best they can to make the children feel less stressed and also, informed. Can’t thank each one of them enough. I highly recommend this group to anyone that is looking for caregivers. They truly have been ‘angels’.
Upon arriving back in the area after surgery I realized that I would need assistance in my apartment as I recuperated. I called Visiting Angels and Kelly met me the next day to assess my needs. She arranged for the perfect help for me to begin the following morning. The caregiver was kind, competent and jusr what I needed. Visiting Angels was just that! I recommend them highly.

Visiting Angels was there when we needed them! From my initial intake calls, the assignment of 24 hour care-givers and the support of their finance department, the process went very well. Their internal team members were responsive to calls and worked to secure top quality caregivers. We were fortunate to have consistent care for a 6 month period of time. When changes were needed, the Visiting Angel team worked to remedy a situation. We had high confidence in their team and we were fortunate to have wonderful, caring aids to help take care of my father. In his final weeks, my Dad was in the care of his most trusted aid.
