Pésimo servicio el de esta agencia,vine hace una semana aplicar y me faltaban unos documentos vengo el dÃa de hoy con todos mis documentos listos,y el que me atendió dice que mis huellas tomadas hace más de 2 años que soy hha no tenÃan fotos,he trabajado con varias agencias antes y nunca habÃa tenido tantos problemas para aplicar como aquÃ.Al final ni pacientes tienen,busquen otras agencias si de verdad quieren trabajar xq aquà solo perderán el tiempo y el dinero haciéndose papeles
Unfortunately this agency has issues with internal coordination.
If your HHS leaves on vacation, it is a nightmare to replace that person. The customer service line does not connect with the person needed at the agency, they do not take note eventhough they tell you they do. It is a must to talk to the manager of the agency.
