Love the medderteranian style and the apartments are beautiful. The maintenance guys are the best. Since the new managment company has taken over, this place had some issues at first, but I’m glad to say after about 4 months, they have done a great job at addressing those issues and making our community better. I also noticed we now have a security officer at night driving around. That alone is worth 5 stars.
I apply to rent apartment for $2700 a month ,I am independent own a business for 23 years they ask me a proof of $97200.00 in my personal accounts I was $10.000.00 less my credit almost 800 points also I need to proof of married and more I prove all they asked me, and finally they decline my application, good luck
