Your facility is very nice. Clean for a nursing facility. Please fix patient toilet seat. Been broken since arrival, nurse had to hold for patient to sit on it. Now it is broken off and patient can’t use bathroom in the room. Please fix ASAP.

My wife is in a difficult stage of her vascular dementia and can be quite honorary and they are doing a good job, smiling and keeping her calm and happy
