Do not take your loved one to this facility. The service now is terrible. There are two new managers that has the worst attitudes and lack of compassion ever. It is very clear they do not care about the residents. They are always short staffed and overwork the employees. Every time I visited my aunt, I noticed them harassing the employees being clearly disrespectful to them.
There are some wonderful employees that work at this location but this company really need to consider changing their management team.
I came here to work agency and they refused to give me a key to get in and out of the memory care unit. I was locked in there and they told me I had to ask them for permission to get out like I’m in jail. In my ten years of being a CNA this is the worst treatment I ever received
