  1. I have worked with Hopewell Senior Care for about two years. I have found them to be professional, caring and a reliable company. The office staff is always helpful and very polite and courteous. Good company to work for.

  2. New review!! since I couldn’t respond to you alls be-foolery. Yes my name is Aligheria and that was no secret to begin with. You guys did offer me employment as of recently and that’s about the only thing you responded to that was TRUE. Let’s clear it shall we, per me and Bryons phone call, and I have text messages as well that I’d be happy to add. He gave me a PRN position stating that I would be 12-3 Sat Sun and on call Mon-Fri. He added that I would be paid an additional $2 on top of my base pay per shift I picked up! Is that not PRN? Or was it a lie because according to the Gainesville community that’s what you all do is LIE. But I have time!

Further more. Never did I ever indicate I had open availability, I work in real estate, my time is valuable and I’d never dedicate it 100 percent to a company such as Hopewell. I work a full time job that I was fully transparent about to Bryon who I assume responded to this message. Another lie you’re telling is not knowing that I worked at hopewell before . The first thing Bryon asked me per our phone interview was “it looks like you worked here before, what happened” and I explained. Wich back then I never picked up a shift and worked in 2022 so being a “do not rehire” is fair but you knew that prior to orientation so let’s be honest boys and girls shall we.

Hmm. I became disruptive….you know back in 5th grade where you politely raise your hand and wait to be selected to speak? That’s how that went. I asked him about the hours we would be paid for because several other orientees heard him say we’d only be paid for two hours of our time that day even though we had been in orientation over 4 hours! They were afraid to ask for clarification and I was not! That’s a waste of time, the only difference is they may actually need that job I don’t. I also took the time to clarify with Bryon my schedule during that time because their front desk person had labeled me full time and that was wrong ! And he confirmed with me that I was in fact PRN.

Let’s talk scheduling : never did I reject my 12-3 shifts all together I rejected that one . My GPS tells me high springs is a solid 30 minutes from where I stay so I’m not sure where you get 25 and even still it’s not worth it. I’ll only be there 3 hours and have to commute 30 minutes to and from plus traffic ! That’s a hour commute time total for a 3 hour shift! That’s why I rejected it! Your desk person then offered me a shift that was out of my availability so I didn’t take it and I told her to inform me when she would have something become available on the weekend considering I should be on call Monday-Friday anyway right ?

You guys are falsifying this entire story and it’s sad being that you guys are supposed to be professional. The fact that you wrote an entire paragraph thinking you’d spin the story to try and validate yourselves is hilarious. If your system is waiting until the day of orientation to flag a “do not hire” get a new one.

To make it seem like you terminated me because I “falsified the reasons behind rejecting my shifts” and I also have in messages where once we ended our phone call I sent him the reason was because of the location and the other reason I told on the phone she offered me a shift outside my availability. Stop the lies, try and run an actual business where ppl love working. Stop forcing people to write great reviews about you . You guys are a scam!

You’re never minding the fact that I spent my own money to even prepare for this job. $90 for a level two background and $60 for a CPR certification. You should’ve just said in the beginning you didn’t want to hire me. Best wishes, and I will respond everytime you do to raise awareness!
