Went down to look at the Siennas. Their website said they had three new and one used in stock. Employee confirmed this on their site on arrival and went to go look for them. He came back out and told us that none of them were actually available because the vehicles are so popular. He hands me a sheet detailing a platinum trim (the highest) without ever asking what level trim we were interested in. The vehicle was supposed to arrive in 3 days. He immediately asks if I would like him to put our names on it. On this sheet, the $57,000 vehicle was on sale for $63,000. Curious, I read more. Over $700 for paint protector. Over $400 for floor mats. Nearly $3,000 in “Dealer add ons” for a vehicle that has not even arrived at the dealer yet. Another $2,000 for factory upgrades and $1,500 in a destination charge. This is all before tax, title, licensing, etc.
100% scamming people with stupid inflated prices for dealer add-ons that don’t add much value and haven’t even been added yet. High pressure sales tactics. It’s no wonder the average age of clients for this place was over 60 while we were there. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
