Worst customer service ever. A public utility should be able to provide service 24/7. They operate a monopoly.

Pésimo servicio el dÃa lunes conecte mi servicios por primera vez. Dije que porfa ir me llamarán 30 minutos antes y nunca recibà una llamada vino el técnico y no me notificó llame de nuevo para a ver si habÃa alguna manera que volvieran y me pasaron con el supervisor una persona de mala educación y el peor servicio. Se aprovechan porque el área de north miami está monopolizado por ellos q no ahà otra compañÃa. Y aparte tiene que pagar $25 y el supervisor justifican a sus empleados. Ya sea cable, Uber etc avisan llegadas y todo. Horrible horrible atención.
