Eric, at Volante of Pinellas Park took the time to give us a phenomenal tour of the building. While we were walking, he personally introduced us to many of the staff, including housekeepers, maintenance, caregivers, nurses and activity directors. He knew them each by name and remembered all of our names as well. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares for what he does. The building was clean and well kept. The residents were just finishing lunch and everything seemed to be running so smoothly! The building was also decorated for Christmas so beautifully.
I would definitely recommend this facility (and Eric) to everyone!

This is my first time visiting Volante of Pinellas Park, I’m a social worker and I want to retire and move in! Eric Goodwin-Kane is phenomenal. He invited social workers to tour and judge the residents Xmas decorated doors. He introduced us to everyone from the housekeepers to the directors, which for me said volumes regarding his respect for each and every department and the worker and their worth, no matter their position. We met residents who by the way were all wearing smiling faces, engaging and happy. Clean and smelling fresh is how I would describe Volante’s environment. I’m super busy, but I attended this gathering because of Mr. Eric Goodman-Kane and his community involvement. He visits our properties, smiling, with important information, and I’ve never heard a negative word from him. Volante gets a great big 👍
The facility was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The residents were very engaging.
