I recently visited The Court at Palm Aire and had the pleasure of meeting with Sales Director Jackie Crawford while exploring options for my mom, who is considering a move from New York. Jackie was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything, which was especially helpful as this was my first experience looking into senior living. The community has been recently updated, and the residents were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend meeting with Jackie—she is wonderful!
I love that my rent is low, 3 meals and I have made lots of friends. How much better can that be. The staff is amazing they gave me a warm welcome when I moved in. Akilah in the sale department was very helpful she always has a smile and is very helpful to my friends that are looking to move as well. I want all my friends to move here so they can be as happy as I am.
The court at palm aire has been mi home for 2 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. My neighbors make my home a sweet home. The staff are all very very helpful and friendly they all enjoy working here which helps to make me happy.
I decided to take the leap one year ago I decided to make this move because it would be the best for me and i was able to have a newly renovated apartment. the community has lots to offer I’m able to be as involved as I choose or even have a as much alone time as I would like making friends is very enjoyable and easy here and when I feel like closing my door I’m able to do that we have a wonderful group of Staff members that I’ve now adopted as my own family.
It’s a very nice place and they remodeled it and it looks beautiful.
However, my parents say the food isn’t very good at all and they’re raising the cost to deliver the food to your room from $4 dollars to $20. (so if you’re in sick and you can’t go down, they charge you 20 bucks to deliver your food which just makes you feel even worse.)
And even if you want to pick it up yourself downstairs, they used to charge you just two dollars and now they’re charging $10. It’s ridiculous.
