Workers don’t follow a schedule set Most workers are rude. Some workers don’t care about narcotics correctly. In most of the workers are female only and have seen only one male Worker which I’ve only seen one time work.
My mom and I went for a visit for my dad to live. The place was so beautiful! Home living home cooked meals private rooms beautiful spacious. Private bathroom also. Very well staffed. Others in the home were clean and very upbeat. I wish we could have placed him here but he got sicker so we had to go a different avenue. I would move here if I could. Just can’t say enough good about it
I placed my mother in Ann’s facility on March 1, 2022. She was taken to the hospital on March 13 for a fall that I never received a phone call about or was informed about this fall. She was then taken to Oak Hill Hospital March 18, 2022 at 7:30 at night after being unresponsive since 5 o’clock in that morning. Again I received no phone call. My mother never regained consciousness and died on March 28 in hospice house. This woman came to the hospital and hospice house demanding to know what was wrong with my mother after she told us she was never even told my mother fell and was taken to the hospital until the next day. She still does not understand what happened to my mother. I was not allowed to see my mother after March 1 I was told she had to acclimate and they would let me know when to see her. I asked to see my mother on March 9 and a text message and I was told “we can try try” Without another response of a time since this is a gated and locked down facility.-. After placing my mother in this facility I was never allowed to visit my mother check on my mother I was only allowed to drop a check off on March 2.. My mother was healthy except for dementia could feed herself was able to use the restroom by herself was able to dress her self. And died 17 days after being placed in this facility. Do not use this facility.
I’ve called several times to speak with a loved one at the facility. There portable phone doesn’t work, which is ashamed since a phone call is the only option to connect with a loved one during COVID.
