Horrible management and facility! Majority of the time it smells like urine and feces. Some staff members are great however, the majority are not good due to management using staffing agencies.
I would like to say all the people who I have ever interacted has been very helpful and kind…. I would like to thanks Crystal with the social services department for always helping me and answering any questions I may have and making sure everything gets addressed properly and helping me give my mom the best care possible. From the front desk all the way to the housekeeping department have always been attentive.. I can go on and on on praising the nurses and CNA of all their hard work they do! I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my mother. I truly have no complaints. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! ❤️
Visited a friend at your facility and was very pleased! There have been many changes since a family member was there! It is clean, no smells, polite staff, and our friend likes it there!
