I want to acknowledge the wonderful owners and staff of Comfort Keepers. I am the household administrator for two seniors that require 24/7 care. Over the past 7 years we have frequently called on CK to fill in for our regular caregivers when they call out for various reasons. Most times this is spur of the moment. CK has never let us down. They have never once failed to send us someone asap. The skill level of the caregivers that we have utilized from CK always exceeds our expectations. Having said that I want to mention our favorite caregiver Flor Tejada-Morales. She has been excellent in every aspect. Her personality, professionalism, skill level and work ethic is a A+++. I had an interview scheduled on Friday and I showed up on time with my résumé in my hand and the interviewer/owner was not even there. He completely forgot about me and he was a no-show. If I can’t depend on the recruiters to show up to the interview on time, and they’re not dependable enough to work for. He didn’t even let his secretaries know that I was coming and he had the nerve to call me two days later and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Seriously? He wouldn’t of rescheduled with me if I was the one that was a no-show
