  1. All those that gave a 5 star are lying I got the hell out of that place after one year. Had termites, broken pipes ,mole you name it .. Ducks and cats all over the place. That place needs to tear down and start all over again.

  2. Used to be a relatively nice community. No community anymore. Management cares about their investors. Still waiting for a tree to be removed
    from the roof post Milton. Instead, they will probably let it crush 2 homes, and try to pay off cheaply. Cannot get homeowners insurance because of non service by the park. Capitalism at its finest…. protecting the wealthy.

  3. My mother has been living there for over 5 years. The termites got so bad this year her furniture and appliances were damaged by them. Management refused to take any real action, so needed to get code enforcement involved. Instead of working to fix the problem the refused to renew my mother’s lease in retaliation. My mother has been a faithful tenant, a tenant who paid her rent a month in advance for their whole stay there and this is how she was treated.

    The park is neglected, full of duck feces, the roads have pot holes and the guard is never there most of the time. The whole photo montage on the Google search is out dated and should count as false advertisement. Maybe few calls to the health department and code enforcement force these people to act.

    I must comment on the somewhat unusual 5 star new rating from a Mr Ruiz who states he lived here 14 yrs ago after a liver transplant? What does that have to do with the current poor conditions? Seems just like a review ratings boost.

    8/2024 ALL I CAN SAY, Is I hope that ROCKY CREEK does not have the audacity to raise our rents AGAIN at a high profit for them in 2025. We are NOT getting the service or amenities that warrant even what we are paying now much less to ask to pay more than the “normal” average “$40-50 increase annually. It’s called RENTERS price gouging. Most of us here would probably agree that we are on fixed or lower incomes and to continually increase us from the poor living conditions is unethical & unconscionable.

    01-2024 So, a lot of us recieved $150 increase this year after $125 last year for a 429 sq ft space. We all realize the economy is HIGH, but you DON’T just raise increases like this on fixed income/disabled/veterans who have lived here for years. Is there is such a decency called “compassion”. The funny thing is also some of the section 9 apts I’ve seen bear this 10 times over. And let’s not forget, OH the great parking dilemma. It’s actually provoked neighbors to turn on each other. And last thing may I add, you don’t dare cross paths with the bulldog, watchdog Facilities chick. She loves to and seems to enjoy screaming, demeaning and cursing. May God forgive such a vile way to treat the very ones helping to pay your salary!

    Most mobile Homes are old, in disrepair with patch over patch jobs. They continually exchange out parts from one unit to the next rather than buying new. The maintainence guys do their best however, most speak Spanish ONLY. It’s very hard to communicate what needs to be done once they arrive to your place. Also, even if your extremely clean you’re in duplex/triplexes the roaches and ants crawl through and are disgusting. I had one crawl on me when I was sleeping. They are finally cracking down on teens loafing off their family members here. They are unconcerned and obnoxious and take up what limited parking we have! Although, all rents are high in Tampa, you will pay $1k for a 25y/o 429 sq ft mobile unit.? You don’t even wish to speak to the main office, the agents are cocky and have disrespectful attitudes towards these poor elderly individuals. They took down their website, you cant even go on it. Apartments.com provides all the info.There’s been recent changes in upper management, let’s see if it improves.
