What I like about it is that they definitely treat the residents with dignity.
For example my uncle has a room with the door that closes fully, and even his own key to it. obviously the staff has some sort of master key, but the fact that the residence have their own key to rooms with doors that lock, goes a long way.
The place is very secure, and the staff always is extremely professional.
My mom has been here since May of 2021. Her room is clean and practical. She says she loves how warm the place is even as it is getting chilly outside. The staff is amazing, there is no other word as fitting to describe them. The care is outstanding, we feel very lucky to be in their keeping.
The staff at The Heritage was great – it has been very difficult over the last 10 months not being able to visit my mom on a consistent basis due to the pandemic. If we could not visit FaceTime calls were allowed.
