Have the highest turn over rate staff is rude some of the aides and Rn’s lpn’s as well as human resources here you can see who is here to work and who is here for a check residents come and leave worse than when they came. Human Resource does not care when staff come to them for help.
Enjoy what i do but this place has wrong info barely has workers no one does their job accurately everyone walks around with an attitude how is it a person has call outs and clocked in at the same time makes 0 sense but wish the facility the best poorly managed.

The only way to make them people pay is in courts ..they don’t care what best for the person or family it’s the money…I see lots of post with people unhappy..if everyone stood together for there loved ones . and make them pay .. talking about it does nothing..make them lose money.thats doing something….I never new how bad it was in them places..it don’t seem real that it would be..they want it there way and don’t care what u want…then if u lose your love ones ..that’s it there done it’s on the family to take care of there passing away..they brack the law court papers mean nothing to them they just take and take. ..it’s sad but people like this there 1 way take there money in court…
I was in there for 8 months healing up from 3 spider bits
This is sad how our elderly are being treated. My father in law is here and we came to visit. He is incapable to move around on his own. It has been over an hr that we asked one CNA and one miserable nurse who does not understand the meaning of a smile.
For most part the staff is amazing but the nurse or whatever she is really should not be around people, I have never seen unprofessional person as she is.
I will be definitely having a conversation with the office and place a complaint.
