We had a relative staying there and needed to move her to another place because the care was so bad. They lost her dentures so she was not able to eat and they did not respond when she would ring for assistance in the night time for help going to the bathroom, she then fell and broke her arm trying to get out of bed herself. The staff was mean to her. If your loved one has to be there, please visit everyday to make sure everything is ok and they are safe, then find another safer place if needed.
there is a family member of mine in there no and I’m SO not happy how they are treating him. I live in Iowa and if I was closer I would be going there and finding some info. they way this place has been treating him is like he is in jail. isn’t this place suppose to help get you better and able to go home? this WOULD not be going on if I was there. I will say if I hear one more bad thing I will find out who I need to talk to. there are nursing homes that only want the money and could careless about residents. this might just be one of those places.
Transportation:
Gary, his driver’s & RA’s have done a phenomenal job getting me to & from my appointments safely. The level of care & attention to detail put me at ease. Appointments in Rome, Onidea, Syracuse or Rochester on time if not early no worries or stress.
I am giving this 5 star review to Gary and Jose in the transportation department. After medical transportation failed to show up to take me to my appointment for the third time.Gary was able to rearrange a few things that allowed Jose to get me to my appointment. Thank you guys you are the best
