I know women who live there.. their rent goes up so much every year and they don’t maintain the building!! The maintenance man just quit ( and his boss) because they won’t approve the updates needed plus the activity director quit. Poorly managed just thinking about the profit, not about tenants.
THE REASON WHY ITS JUST VISITORS CAROLYN!! IS BECAUSE THE LAST TENANT THAT COMPLAINED GOT KICKED OUT!! They’re terrified to say anything!!
I’ve noticed that these reviews are from visitors. Also, whenever there’s a one star review there are several five star reviews following it without comments. Should you want accuracy, I recommend looking at an actual tenants review, if there is one!
