I have given messages about upcoming appointments.the messages are not relayed to the scheduler. They scheduler has an aide scheduled during my appoint time. When I call to tell the scheduler about the conflict. They say it is my fault. They proceed to blame me for aids losing time. They are very rude to me, also. I have agreed to hand write my upcoming appoiments and give this paper to an aide to hand to the scheduler. I feel the aid should sign and return this to me. I do not like that they never let the clients know the aides time until the day before. How can a client schedule their time with caregivers last minute giving out the next days aides time. The schedules should be made at least a week in advance. It is not the clients fault that messages are not relayed to the scheduler. I would give this agency a negative review if possible.if thecaids don’t want to do things on the clients list, they just say the don’t feel like doing this today.
My father receive’s services through this agency. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not about caring for their client’s. It’s bad when the office calls the client and yells at them for not getting outside to make sure the driveway is clear. There is a reason people receive services through caregivers its because they can not do for themselves.
This agency is very ” Rude ” to be polite. They expect you to schedule according to when they are available and change any/all appointments. They call and say ” We have an worker at your door to start working immediately! ” If you do NOT agree to their terms, you are blacklisted by their company forever! My rating would be negative.
