I got sent to this hell hole( The Waters of Gallatin )from Hendersonville Medical Center to help assist me with my physical therapy and I was also being treated for pneumonia. The staff are rude, lazy, and actually stole meds. They let ppl with dementia and similar issues roam the halls at night. My first night staying there I woke up to an elderly woman rubbing my legs and calling me by someone else’s name. They lied to me before I went and said that I would have a private room because I have more than 1 autoimmune disorders and I had pneumonia. The first room they had me in was the size of a small walk in closet. They never answered when you pushed the call button so I’d end up having to call my daughter when I needed someone for help. Night shift is worse than days. I had a CNA actually telle to shit on myself because she needed a cigarette. I don’t wear diapers but I do where s Foley catheter. They wouldn’t empty it out and it would get so full that it would back up back into my bladder..I left against doctor advisement after 3 days of that torture. I endered up back in Hendersonville hospital with sepsis. If you have love ones there you really need to have them moved or go and check on them daily because I wasn’t the only patient there that was being mistreated. A true INHUMANE PLACE. I’D GIVE THE A NEGATIVE STAR IF THAT WAS AN OPTION
This is great place for your loved ones to be! Stephanie is awesome and I love her dearly❤️
I’m a nurse at The Waters of Gallatin and take great pride in being employed with this company. I strive hard to make sure my residents are taken care of and that the families are pleased with the quality of care that’s being provided to their loved ones. Our Management Team is compassionate and easy to work with. I absolutely love my unit and residents. So very blessed to be apart of this team. Also, much appreciation to Stephanie, Lori and Alyssa in Nursing Management
