The place is nice , the apartments are big . The security is basic. But my mom lost lots of memories from a thief in her storage unit. No security measures there either. Could do better. All in all it’s not totally a totally bad place to be. They do have activities for the residents and a veggie truck that comes once in a while..
We had an opportunity to move my Mother into The Abigail a few years ago and couldn’t believe how nice the apartments were! HUGE new windows, new appliances, atleast 12ft ceilings(on the 2nd floor), hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit and very spacious! The Management(Patty and Trish) are super kind and caring! They helped with my Mothers paper work during the application and handled any questions/concerns we had promptly.
The Abigail is the diamond in the rough of all Senior Apartments within 30 miles! I was proud to have my Mother live there. Thank you to Patty and Trish for all your help and professionalism.
Everything is electric and the first bill we all got was 140 and it kept going up patty she was one manager she did awesome job is the higher up manager Trise she take her job to serious she act like she better than everyone I would never recommend this place to anyone and if you do you will see what I’m talking about
The apartments are spacious. Visited a two bedroom. Kitchen there is nice size. Bathroom also nice size.
