I recently had my dad moved after I noticed the decline in his care ( left soiled, food on floor, etc.). First, let’s start with the administration. They are never available, never on-site, and good luck getting a call or email back. It will at best take 2-3 business days if at all. It took almost 4 months to get my dad moved from there to a different facility. When questioned multiple times during this period, they all point their fingers at someone else. It took me sending emails that included the new facility on them to answer. They would have been still dragging had they not been held accountable via email threads. Laundry: Upon my dad arriving at the new facility, I wanted to get him settled in. While going through his stuff, I came to the realization that ALL HIS CLOTHES ARE GONE! He was sent with 90% of someone else’s clothes. (Their laundry service is terrible. They bleach and lose everything.) All the nice clothing I brought him is gone. This is really sad since he was given a shirt he really wanted, and it disappeared. Nurses : They all seemed very nice and worked with what they had. I can’t fault them at all because all issues start at the head, administration. When he first went there it was nice but rapidly fell apart. Don’t send your family here unless you want to lose all their personal belongings and always want to be worried about them. Photo is of all the clothes he was sent with that are either too small, too large and are clearly not his.
All staff that I encountered with was very friendly and helpful. I’m a mastered prepared nurse and had the opportunity to speak with a nurse (Vanessa) about the diagnosis and care that my family member was receiving and was satisfied with their response. The Aide Stacy that fed her and helpful in caring for my family member was excellent. I was quite pleased with the facility overall!
Facility was neat and staff was very friendly and responsive.
FREE parking on site! Check in was easy, the assistants at the front desk were very helpful. The nursing staff was very polite and prompt. Clean rooms, clean facility. Other patients seemed pleased also
