After 25 years with me, my mom at 99 years old needed a safe, convenient and caring home. She has now been at Paddock Ridge for one year and I can attest that they are wonderful in every aspect. In addition to the superior cleanliness of the entire room and facility, the daily activities are well thought out, interesting and fun. The meals are tasty and plentiful, everything is on the menu to order at your convenience.. I can not give enough praise for each and every staff member that we have had contact with, especially the activity directory and staff. The hair salon is very affordable and Tammy is so kind. Mom is in rehab and progressing slowly. The kindness , compassion and caring is overwhelming. My mother and I could not be happier. If you visit, you will find her out in the beautiful private courtyard in her wheelchair getting some sun. Thank you, P. Moneck
All the staff at Paddock Ridge, from top to bottom, are beyond 5 stars. All are friendly, with positive attitudes, and are caring for my wife treating her like a family member. In fact, they go beyond just giving care but actually are “caring” about my wife. The facility is immaculate. Food is very good with the added perk of anytime dining along with lots of activities for residents. Nothing but smiles from residents and staff makes it very easy to recommend.

As a professional who has worked with ALF’s for over 25 years in Ocala and surrounding areas, I can say that when Paddock Ridge lost Zack Gray as their executive director, and put in place Tanya Johns as their new director, the facility went down hill. I requested information which was needed by the court. When I asked for this information from Tanya Johns, she informed me that it would forthcoming. It never was received. Phone call after phone call, emails and even certified letters were simply ignored by Ms. Johns. As a professional, it is sad that I had to move my resident from their facility simply because their executive director was too lazy to provide the needed information and too lazy to return a phone call, acknowledge an email or certified mail.
