They meet with you over the phone and assess your needs. They give you a price and a contract to sign and then at the eleventh hour they tell you oops we gave you the wrong price and raise it quite a bit. They then tell you they will send a new contact. While you’re waiting for that they call again with an additional price hike which is at the top end of the market. This all happens as your loved one is being released from the hospital and you are left in a lurch scrambling for another agency to help. Poor business practices. They should know their pricing structure before they send you a contact.
