ZERO stars for the organization. Last minute scheduling, no notification that they are coming the next day. Unable to accommodate working schedules. Unable to give a consistent schedule
Awful, would not recommend… zero stars. Setup appointments and the nurse never shows. Don’t get a call saying they are running late or can no longer make the appointment. Happened multiple times. No consideration of our time or the fact they are wasting it, coupled with the fact we are not getting the needed treatment. If you have the option, find another company to care for your loved ones.
