Avoid this company! My doctor referred me to Apria for a medical device, but I decided not to proceed. Despite receiving a message that my order would be canceled, they still shipped the machine to my house. To avoid insurance billing, I was told to personally return it—adding unnecessary hassle due to their incompetence. When I asked for confirmation that I wouldn’t be charged, the representative vaguely said, “Your account will be adjusted.” Poor communication and customer service—find another provider!

After the approval of the insurance company, I need to wait for 20 days and made 5 phone calls before I got my two medical equipment. Your staff always told me that the authorization is pending, and the supervisor will contact me but they never did. After I made complaint to Kaiser, then I got my equipment – in 2 separate deliveries in separate days!
