Maddie is the sweetest and so welcoming during such a stressful time transitioning my loved one from home. My mother was a resident in the Evergreen Neighborhood (Memory Care) for about 9 months prior to her passing. The staff could not have been more wonderful to her and the rest of our family. While her Alzheimer’s disease certainly did not disappear while she was there, with the help of the staff and physicians we were able to take her off some of her medications and provide her with the mental, emotional and physical stimulation she needed to transform her status from non-communicative, non-eating and barely mobile person to a person who began walking with a walker, eating without assistance, participating in group activities, having wonderful conversations and doing her favorite thing, playing rummy with staff and family. Her transformation was miraculous and resulted in the last few months of her life being happy ones for her and holding meaningful memories for all of us who loved her.
The caring staff, beautiful facility and excellent physical and occupational therapy staff made a world of difference for our entire family. We will be forever grateful.
My mother loves living here. They make her life easy. The food is good, they have a lot of activities. She likes to go to the grocery store (basically to buy something) and they make it easy for her.
A wonderful community. My great aunt lives here, I visited recently during their summer BBQ and everything was perfect. It made me feel so wonderful that my cousins chose this community for my aunt.
