It was a great experience! The facility was clean and the staff was very caring. The food was good, too!
My Mom has been residing at the Finger Lakes Center for a year now and she couldn’t be happier. The staff really does care about their residents and bends over backwards to make everyone comfortable. Mom got sick at one point and had to go to the Emergency Room. David Meyers got personally involved and all went well. He is terrific as are many in the staff. Mom is just as healthy now as she was a year ago. Most important, she is very happy there, as the people are meeting and exceeding her expectations. The food is great and they go the extra mile to help her and make her comfortable. I cannot thank the staff enough. It is a very friendly, nice place.
Staff lazy, won’t shower rehab people (too much work), have to wait over an hour to use the bathroom, was told by staff didn’t need to use bathroom I could wait. Was so hot I almost passed out. Aids r worthlessness.
